| Our country’s cultural industry has entered a "Golden Period" of accelerated development,and has become an important force in adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure and promoting the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.In the national "14th Five-Year Plan",it is emphasized that in the process of building a comprehensive and perfect modern cultural industry system,it is necessary to insist on putting social benefits in the first place,and at the same time,it must be unified with economic benefits,and enrich the development of new cultural enterprises,Cultural formats and cultural consumption patterns.As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the state attaches great importance to the construction and development of the cultural industry.Guangzhou,as the forefront of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,dares to take the lead in exploring new achievements in urban culture,and has many bright spots.For example,Guangzhou has made full use of the "Three olds" and“Four new and brilliant”reform policy to build cultural industry parks,cultivate many cultural industry clusters with their own characteristics and emphasis,representative ones include Yangcheng Creative Industry Park,T.I.T Creative Park,Gongmeigang International Digital Innovation Center,etc.The SY company cultural and creative park project is located in the new Hepu area of Dongshan,Yuexiu District,Guangzhou City.It has the largest existing low-rise courtyard-style modern buildings combining Chinese and Western styles.It has a strong historical heritage and cultural atmosphere and is a mature cultural and creative business circle.This paper takes the cultural and creative park of SY Company as the research object.Through literature research method,market survey method,pest analysis,market research and other theoretical and empirical methods,analyze the domestic and Guangzhou cultural market environment and the supply and demand of cultural creativity,investigate the surrounding environment and competition situation of the project,and combine the advantages of enterprises and government resources.And so on,put forward the project development ideas and positioning.The analysis shows that the relatively successful cultural and creative parks in China have four typical characteristics: re-integration with the city,a certain proportion of public space,industrial agglomeration and incubation functions,and the combination of production,education,research and sales.The customers are art,cultural and creative enthusiasts and consumer groups who pursue the sentiment of life.The project will adhere to relying on the industrial development characteristics of "Culture +",gather resources such as high-end culture and art,creative design,Internet celebrity cultural and creative,brand experience,college creation and other resources strongly supported by the government,based on cultural and creative business,combined with cultural and creative office,Maker apartment,cultural and creative incubation and other formats,to create a "small,beautiful and refined" innovative and entrepreneurial life ecosystem.In general,the project has a relatively comprehensive development foundation and space,will bring certain economic and social benefits,and face less risks. |
