| In recent years,various provinces,cities and autonomous regions in China have been actively developing cultural and creative industrial parks.The development of first-tier cities and central cities has been particularly rapid,and the clustering distribution of cultural and creative industries has further manifested itself.Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is a culturally strong province with unique cultural resources such as the Yellow River culture,Hui culture,red culture,and Xixia culture.The party committee and government of the autonomous region construct the NX Cultural and Creative Industries Park,and strive to build a modern cultural industry system and market system,promote the scale,intensive,and professional development of the cultural industry,foster and expand the main body of the cultural market,and create national regional cultural products and brands,and guide Expand cultural consumption of urban and rural residents.NX Cultural and Creative Industries Park is not only a project of a park construction,but also a flagship stage of cultural and creative construction,laying a good foundation for the development of cultural and creative industries in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Therefore,the research in this paper not only has a deeper theoretical research significance,but also has certain practical significance for the future improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.This article takes the NX Cultural and Creative Industrial Park as the research object,and based on the review and summarization of the relevant domestic and foreign research status,it first defines the concepts of the cultural industry,the cultural and creative industries,and the cultural industry park.Then,an in-depth analysis of the development status and operation management of the NX Cultural Creative Industrial Park was conducted,and the problems and deficiencies in the operation and management of the Park were pointed out.A questionnaire was set up from the four aspects of the park’s basic conditions,cultural activities,supporting facilities,and service levels.Through the questionnaire,questionnaires were distributed,collected,and empirically analyzed through data compilation and analysis.The overall satisfaction with the status of the park’s operations and the degree of satisfaction for each project were calculated.The level of satisfaction.The results show that: First,there are insufficient declarations in the operation and management of the park,and the park is not well-known;lack of high-quality and rich cultural activities;insufficient effect of industrial clusters;lack of obvious characteristics of the park,lack of core brands;lack of high-quality cultural ideas Talent and other issues.Secondly,through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,it further clarified the areas that need to be optimized in the operation and management of the park,and on this basis put forward more efforts to publicize and expand the network publicity channels;accurately market positioning,and develop features.Cultural activities;improving the industrial chain,highlighting the benefits of industrial clusters;building core brands and improving brand reputation;improving training and incentive policies,and improving the talents’ cultural innovation ability in improving countermeasures and safeguard measures. |
