With the in-depth development of 4G technology,the short video platforms on behalf of tiktok have brought a huge impact to the long video platforms represented by i QIYI.In response to this impact,i QIYI pione-ered the experiment of Dynamic Comic,which exploded in 2019 as t-he medium video between the network play and short play on video platforms.The dynamic comic of criminal investigation has always been a blan-k on the video platform.Comic《arrest》adapted from the head criminal novel of Ali’s literary has long occupied the top list of Tencent’s Animation Criminal Investigation.The dynamic comic《Daybreak》adapted from the novel《arrest》is not only conducive to promoting social integrity and filling the blank of criminal investigation in the dynamic comic,but also conducive to studying the technical and artistic requirements systematically of making animation basing on comic,as well as the skill of teamwork,the review standards of the government,the process of the video platform and the skills of publicity.exploring the new incubation way of novel and expanding new form of animation.Dynamic comic is a new art form of animation.We can meet lots of problem and think about how to solve the problem systematically,which is groundbreaking.From the project approved to play on the full platform,the dynamic comic of《Daybreak》lasted 17 months,which could be divided into six stages,such as project approval analysis,copyright negotiation,script creation,formation of project team,publicity and animation production.The first five items were completed by myself,in the animation production,I acted as the chief planner(chief planner and director),not only coordinating the progress of animation production every day,but taking charge of the creation of sub-scenes and informing the project members.《Daybreak》,prepared since November 2019,officially produced since January 2020,with 13 episodes,the total length of more than 80 minutes,has been released on Youku Video,i QIYI Video and Tencent Video at present.The online record number is 0108283200404049.
