A Study Of Zheng Kaixi And His Collection Of Zhishouzhai Poems

Zheng Kaixi was a politician,poet and librarian of the Qing Dynasty.In this paper,the author will analyze Zheng Kaixi and zhishouzhai poetry collection from four aspects based on the documents such as genealogy,local chronicles and poetry collectionThe first chapter is the life test of Zheng Kaixi,which is divided into three sections.The first section is about the origin of Zheng Kaixi’s family.This paper mainly reviews the migration process of the Zheng family and introduces the lives of several elders of the Zheng family and Zheng Kaixi.The second section is the year of birth and death of Zheng Kaixi.There are different opinions on the birth and death year of Zheng Kaixi,but there is no unified view in the literature at present.The author combs Zheng Kaixi’s poems and proves that he was born in 1787 and died in 1836.The third section is about Zheng Kaixi’s official experience.Zheng Kaixi "Jiaqing Jiaxu(1814)Jinshi,awarded the cabinet secretary,transferred the official department member wailang,Li zhangjidong,kaogong two Department seal,moved to the literary selection department doctor".In November1831,Daoguang was appointed as the grain storage road of Guangdong Province.Because of his outstanding achievements,he promoted Shandong Province to salt transportation,but unfortunately died in the official way.The second chapter is Zheng Kaixi’s friendship test.Based on the poetry data between Zheng Kaixi and his friends,the author combs out the clues of friendship and divides them into two sections according to their different native places.The first section is an examination of the friends of Fujian nationality,such as Lin Zexu,Guo Shangxian,Zhang Jiliang,Li Wei,you Guangyi,Xu bangguang,Li Tingyu,Chen Ruolin,Su Tingyu,Guo Minggao,Lin Yangzu,etc.The second section is the test of friends in other provinces,such as Yao Ying,Huang Qizi,Tang Peng,Ji Shufu,Wang Qinlin,Wang Weiqing,Wang Qiqing,pan Cong,Lin congjiong,Yao Yuanzhi,etc.Zheng Kaixi made friends with people with lofty ideals in the world,from the top officials of fengjiang to the people of the people.They talked about wine,poems,paintings and calligraphy.By this way,we can understand people and discuss the world.The third chapter is about the handed down version of zhishouzhai poetry collection,which is divided into two sections.The first section is the printing and copying of zhishouzhai poetry collection.There are two versions of zhishouzhai poetry collection,namely,the six to twelve year edition of Daoguang(1826-1832)and the Qing Dynasty edition.The collection of poetry and prose of Qing Dynasty is photocopied according to the engraving.The Qing Dynasty engraving of the National Library of China,the library of Beijing Normal University,the library of Beijing University,the capital library and other units,or the description of the six-year(1826)engraving of the Qing Dynasty Daoguang,or the twelve-year(1832)engraving of the Qing Dynasty Daoguang,or the description of the six-year to twelve-year engraving of the Daoguang,is actually the same book: the first set is engraved in the six-year period of the Daoguang,and the second set is engraved in the twelve-year period of the Daoguang.The manuscript of Qing Dynasty is collected in the library of Peking University.There are ten volumes and one letter.There are six volumes in the first collection,four volumes in the second collection,eight volumes in the anthology and one volume in the inkstone inscription.The anthology is not included in the manuscript.The second section is a brief introduction to the anthologies and anthologies of later generations,such as Yao Ying’s Dongming anthologies,Xie Kun’s spring thatched cottage poetry talks,Xu Shichang’s late Qing Dynasty poetry collection and other works,all of which are collected by Zheng Kaixi.Although they are found in zhishouzhai poetry anthologies,the dissemination and value of Zheng’s poetry can also be examined.The fourth chapter is poetry analysis,which is divided into five sections from the perspective of the theme of poetry.They are: Line poetry,singing poetry,female poetry,singing poetry and realistic poetry."Zhishouzhai poetry collection" contains 587 poems of Zheng Kaixi,not only in large quantity,but also in considerable quality.In the preface of zhishouzhai poetry collection,Yao Ying said: "Mr.Shi made great efforts.He was famous in the Wei and Jin Dynasties and in the Tang and Song dynasties.He was very careful in his style and had a good understanding of his talents.There is the ancient goodness of the Ming Dynasty,but there is no worry about its loss." According to the content of poetry,and combined with the poet’s life stories,this paper further explores the connotation and life interest of Zheng Kaixi’s poetry.
