As an important position of public cultural construction,public digital culture,with the launch of the implementation plan for the integration and innovative development of public digital cultural projects,"cultural and tourism integration" has become a hot content of its construction.Local public digital cultural platforms have launched cultural and tourism integration services.However,due to the lack of practical experience,there are many difficulties and shortcomings in the use of cultural and tourism integration services,which affects users’ willingness to use the public digital cultural platform Chinese tourism integration services.As the direct experience object of cultural and tourism integration services,users have become an important research object for exploring the effects of Chinese tourism integration services on the platform.Therefore,from the perspective of user experience,it is of great practical significance to explore the effect of the current public digital cultural platform Chinese travel integration service,and to propose feasible optimization suggestions.This article first defines the concepts of cultural and tourism integration and public digital cultural platforms,combined with practical cases,clarifies and in-depth analysis of cultural and tourism integration service methods and characteristics,and on this basis,provides user experience to 367 countries,provinces and prefecture-level cities in my country Conduct research on the status quo of public digital cultural platforms for cultural and tourism integration services,and identify cultural and tourism integration services that users experience in the platform.According to the survey results,five types of cultural and tourism integration service types for the user experience of public digital cultural platforms are obtained.Based on this,the user experience experimental direction is provided,and the corresponding experimental plan is formulated under the user experience theory.The experiment selected the cultural and tourism integration services of the National Museum and Cultural Tourism Ma’anshan as the research objects.A total of 10 users were recruited for the experiment and the questionnaire after the experiment was completed.User experience results show that the public digital cultural platform Chinese travel integration service has five problems in user experience: easy to find,satisfaction,usefulness,usability,and reliability.Finally,in response to the above issues,the optimization of service content navigation;improving the matching rate of service supply and demand;injecting regional characteristics to promote global tourism;broadening service promotion channels and ensuring service authenticity and safety optimize public digital cultural platform Chinese travel integration services Suggestions for user experience.
