Female Documentary Creation Acquisition From Female Perspective

Since the 20 th century,with the Feminist Trend of thought entering China,women's subjective consciousness has gradually awakened.A group of female directors picked up their cameras and began to tell their own stories.After the New Records Movement,technological innovation has provided more free writing space for female directors.Female documentaries have become an important platform to show women's unique perspective and life experience.As a student of MFA(Master of fine Arts)documentary direction,the author,in the process of creation,also with her natural gender advantage,seeks the experience of female consciousness from long-term observation and practice to pay attention to the growth and destiny of women.The Anshan Family is my graduation work.It mainly tells the story of a master and two girls adopted by her in a nunnery in Jietou Township,Tengchong,Yunnan Province.In this paper,the documentary “Unconventional Family in the Nunnery”as the research text,through the analysis of the film's theme,female visual performance,audio-visual language and other aspects,summarizes the creative characteristics of female documentaries from the perspective of women.Open a window for the audience to understand women's documentaries,and provide reference for future creators and similar research.This paper is mainly divided into four parts,including:Chapter 1: Introduction.This paper mainly elaborates the background and significance of the topic selection,and systematically combs the research status related to the topic selection.The analysis of female documentaries in academic circles is mostly the interpretation of the works created by others.Few case studies,like the author's,which are filmed first and then summarized as female directors,may be supplemented in terms of perspective.Chapter 2: The concept and connotation of female perspective and female documentary.Including the definition of the concept of female documentary and its development context,determine the research scope of female documentary,and interpret the female perspective of female documentary.Chapter 3: Writing of female perspective and interpretation of audio-visual language in the documentary An Shang Ren.This part mainly combines with the author's graduation work,analyses the female perspective and the construction of female image throughout it,and elaborates the audio-visual language of the film.Chapter ?: Reflections on the creation of female documentaries from the perspective of women.This part uses the method of induction and summary to reflect on the creative characteristics of female documentaries from the perspective of women,and to express the social and cultural value of female documentaries in depth.The author believes that although the development of female documentaries in China is not perfect enough,female directors,with their delicate and sensitive perspective,pay close attention to women's living conditions and life experience,are more likely to establish emotional connection with the audience.The emergence and development of female documentaries is an important correction to the mainstream historical narrative.
