A Report On The Translation Of Simulation-based Analysis Of Energy And Carbon Emissions In The Housing Sector (Excerpts)

Energy and carbon emissions are closely related to human life.With the development of science and technology,human beings have gradually deepened their knowledge on energy and carbon emissions,and related academic papers and translations have emerged one after another.Guided by skopos theory,the gradual systematization of EST text translation can be achieved.As a result,the book Simulation-Based Analysis of Energy and Carbon Emissions in the Housing Sector is selected as the translation material,and the translation problems that appear in the translation practice of EST text are discussed in the form of translation practice report.This translation practice report consists of four parts: chapter one task description makes a introduction to the original text,and then clarifies the objectives and significance of the project;chapter two task description consists of three parts: preparations,translation process and reflections of translation work;under the guidance of three principles of skopos theory,from three perspectives of vocabulary,syntax and text,through the analysis of translation techniques in specific cases,the translation methods of EST translation are discussed in chapter three case analysis;finally,the achievements and limitations of this translation practice are summarized.This translation practice report aims to elaborate the translation process and analyze the nature of translation problems to improve the ability of combining theory with practice and the level of EST translation.
