Food is the material basis for human survival and development.Food safety is a major issue of human life and health,national economic development and social stability.At present,food industry is one of the three pillar industries of China’s national economy.Food safety is poor,and food pesticide residue is the main problem.Food safety has become an important factor affecting the social stability and the development of food foreign trade in China,affecting the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The importance of food safety has attracted the attention of the government and consumers.Food safety ethics is extremely important.External dependence on laws and regulations and the whole moral system is extremely important for limiting food safety incidents that violate laws and disciplines.Food safety is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.At present,there are many food safety issues reported in China,which greatly reduces consumers’ trust in the food industry.Food safety has become a hot topic in China.In fact,food safety is also a very important moral issue.Food safety problems reflect the objective facts of the current decline of ethics in China.In this case,enterprises need to pay enough attention to their own ethical construction.At present,although in the field of food safety,China has established some laws and regulations to prevent the emergence of food safety problems through such external constraints,but still can not contain the current very serious food safety problems in China,which shows that China’s food safety problems are not due to inadequate government supervision or lack of legal system,but due to the lack of market economy It is caused by the lack of ethics.Therefore,if we want to fundamentally solve the problem of food safety,we need to examine this problem from the perspective of ethics.On the one hand,the improvement of enterprise ethics is conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise itself.On the other hand,it can improve the current situation of food safety in China.At present,in the field of theoretical research,the research results on food safety from the perspective of law,economics,sociology and management have been very rich,but the research results on this issue from the perspective of ethics are rare.Based on this,this paper discusses the current food safety problems in China from the perspective of ethics through the methods of literature,multi-disciplinary synthesis,case analysis and comparative research.
