Educational Research For Current Domestic Food Business Ethics

Since the policy of reform and opening up, China has successfully used by7%of the world’s cultivated land to feed22percent of the world’s population, our people have changed from "nothing to eat" to highly selective. However, in recent years, major food safety incidents shocked the society deeply."Sudan" event,"Ripening agent" incident," Poison capsules incident","Old yogurt" incident,"Shuanghui lean "and so on. A series of scandals in the country caused a serious "food crisis of confidence." Frequent occurrence of food safety incidents not only seriously endanger people’s personal safety, but also reduces the future of public confidence in the expected economic and social development, and continue to question the government agencies of regulatory capacity and credibility. For obvious diffusion wave effect of food safety incidents, healthy and harmonious development of society as a whole run is threatened, a decrease welfare of the whole society.It seems imperative, the solution to food safety issues, mainly rely on the laws and regulations as well as administrative supervision punitive measures. This paper argues that in the long run, however, should curb this bad behavior arising from the source. On the use of "iron fist" to curb the spread of live food safety issues, to further strengthen the regulatory and supervisory system and a clear system of accountability, of course, a very important market, and we still need to ideological constraints of economic ethics, code of conduct and business-related policies and regulations perform together. Therefore, strengthening food business ethics education and improve its top decision-making system and basic ethical standards of production personnel system will be punished with the internalization of external oversight combine self-conscious is the only way to solve the problem of food security. This preliminary study considered in this paper is based.Addition to the introduction of this article consists of three parts. The first part is theoretical analysis and practical education on business ethics education presentation. In this section,the article introduced the basic situation of domestic and international business ethics education. This section later expanded research laid the foundation macro. The second part is on the current situation of the domestic food business ethics objective presentation. This section briefly describes the food safety status of the domestic food companies, based on the current situation of the domestic food business ethics are analyzed, focusing on analysis of the current lack of domestic food business ethics education and the causes of the phenomenon, highlighting the strengthening of domestic food business ethics education the necessity and importance.
