The Ethical Analysis The Chinese Food Safely

Food safety issues are beneficial to the people’s livelihood, relations in recent years, China’s food safety incidents occur frequently, the problem of food safety is very grim situation. Food safety problem is not only a problem of understanding and theory, theory and practice is also an urgent need to solve the problem, from the ethical perspective, it is a moral and ethical issues. This paper is based on the research and practice, puts forward the concept of food safety, principle, basic connotation, and explore the life ethics, consumption ethics, communication ethics, regulation ethics from the perspective of ethics, ethics and the causes of food safety problems, the ethical construction of food safety problems and its countermeasures.
