| Ding Shaoyi was an important litterateur in the late Qing Dynasty.His literature“Ting Qiu Sheng Guan Ci Hua” has 20 books and 308 pieces in total.He is the richest litterateur in the Qing Dynasty.This literature is widely used in the interpretation of Ci theory and the collation of Ci literature.Based on the book “Ting Qiu Sheng Guan Ci Hua”,I would like to have a deep discussion about Ding Shaoyi thought on “Ci” studies,trying to make a reasonable evaluation of its value in the history of poetry studies in the late Qing Dynasty.First of all,in the introduction part,the current research situation of Ding Shaoyi is reviewed,and the existing editions of “Ting Qiu Sheng Guan Ci Hua” are combed,and on this basis,the feasibility and significance of further research are discussed.Secondly,it studies Ding Shaoyi’s family history and life.His family traditions and his life experience in the turmoil of war had a profound impact on his poetry,laying a foundation for the later study of Ding Shaoyi’s thoughts on Ci.The second chapter discusses Ding Shaoyi’s view on the history of poetry.Ding Shaoyi looked at Ci studies from the perspective of historians,extending the“History of Ci” thought not only to social and political life but to daily life in society,and through the method of saving the works of the other litterateur and their life to make up for the deficiencies of previous writings,enriching the Ci theory of style in the Qing dynasty and showing a objective and sober evaluation on the features of Ci studies.The third chapter discusses Ding Shaoyi’s theory and style of Ci studies.Ding Shaoyi used the connotation and emotion expressed by Ci as a medium to trace back to the important poetry named “Shi Jing” and “Li Sao”.Besides that,he tried hard to push the status of Ci to the same height as the poems,and thus improved the status of Ci.The theory of style is embodied in the correction of Wanshu’s “Law of Ci” and the original method of circled points,which inherited and further developed the style theory of the Western Zhejiang Ci School.The fourth chapter discusses Ding Shaoyi’s interpretation and appreciation theory.In the interpretation theory,Ding Shaoyi emphasized the status of the appreciating subject,and put forward requirements for readers to interpret the words,forming a relatively complete theory of interpretation theory.Its appreciative theory is divided into three parts,emptiness,implicit,and sadness.It shows the appreciative theory of poetry that Zhejiang often accepts.Finally,the conclusion part summarizes the full text,and comprehensively examines the value of Ci and literature embodied in “Ting Qiu Sheng Guan Ci Hua”.Reveal Ding Shaoyi’s position in the history of Ci studies,and make an evaluation of his contribution to Ci studies. |
