Research On Ding Shaoyi’Ting Qiu Sheng Guan Ci Hua

Compared with the other Ci Hua written by Qing Dynasty people,Ting Qiu Sheng Guan Ci Hua has the largest number of volumes.It is the research object of this paper.The content of it mainly comes from the memory of Ding Shaoyi,a poet of Ci in the late Qing Dynasty.It is disorganized on display and consists of 20 volumes and 308 entries.Its version has the eighth year of Tongzhi,and the general version is the typographical edition of Ci Hua Cong Bian.This paper would like to achieve two objectives after analysis.The first is to make the content clear from the chaos,and the second is to clarify the gains and losses of this Ci Hua.The first chapter is to understand the word learning environment and background from Ding Shaoyi’s family and communication.Ding Shaoyi;s family background included the Ding family and its in-laws,Yang fanmily and Gu family in Wuxi.Ding Shaoyi had a lot of friends,and some of them collected literature and materials for him.In the part of the version of Ting Qiu Sheng Guan Ci Hua,a handwritten copy is found in the National Library of China,which is different from the version in he eighth year of Tongzhi,in terms of the content and time of the preface.Because of the lack of relevant information,it’s temporarily impossible to make a judgment on the handwritten copy.The second chapter mainly uses the form of a table to count the poets and works of Ci in Ting Qiu Sheng Guan Ci Hua,especially the collection of the poets and works of the Qing Dynasty.Among the poets and poetry of the Qing Dynasty,this Ci Hua was very group-oriented,such as family ci people,regional ci people,female ci people,and so on.Ding Shaoyi also saved some special ci works from the poetry clubs and singing activities of the Qing Dynasty.The third chapter is the emendation and collection in Ting Qiu Sheng Guan Ci Hua.The objects of emendation were Ci lv written by Wan Shu and Ci Zong compiled by Zhu Yizun.One of the methods of collation was collate the ci work according to Ci’s tonal patterns.Ding Shaoyi applied it in reverse,and achieved a good collation effect.The objects of collection were Ci Zong,Ming Ci Zong,Guo Chao Ci Zong and Ci Zong Bu Yi.In particular,this Ci Hua collected ci poets and works from the Yong Le Da Dian,which expanded the scope of collection.The fourth chapter is about the conception of Ci in Ting Qiu Sheng Guan Ci Hua.It consisted of three parts,namely the theory of style,the theory of creation and the theory of function in Ci.The connotation of the theory of style is Ya.The theory of creation refers to the emphasis on the discrimination of the tonal patterns and rules in Ci.The theory of function is realized through the growing of bailment theory.These three aspects restrict each other and better promote the development of Qing Ci.The fifth chapter is mainly about the value and shortcomings of Ting Qiu Sheng Guan Ci Hua.Its value includes two aspects: documentation value and theoretical value.The documentation value is to preserve a large number of ci poets and writings.The theoretical value is the establishment of a new theoretical system about Ci on the basis of the three major schools.
