| According to statistics, among the 33 pianists who participated in the third international Tchaikovsky competition, there had been 28 people who started to learn piano at the age of 3-7,which accounted for 85% of the total people. Thus it can be seen that the age of 3-7 has been the best period for learning piano. At present,“the crazy for learning piano” has promoted the form of children’s piano learning team in China.Meanwhile, there are a growing number of parents believing that children should learn to play piano and cultivate musicianship from childhood, which will have a great impact on their morality, quality, intelligence, character and self-cultivation.However,they also have entered a wrong region for cultivating children—spoil things by excessive enthusiasm.Because the physical and psychological characteristics of infants are different from children and teenagers,or even the adults, many piano teachers and parents have tried their best to teach and guide them, but the results are not good yet.Along with these learning processes, the existed problems are increased gradually. In psychology, the "plateau phenomenon" refers to the phenomenon that students’ academic achievements start to stagnate or even regress during the process of learning.Through literature review, interview and investigation,it is found that there has been the problem of "plateau phenomenon" when piano-studying children learn to play the piano. For a long time, parents do not understand the reason.Since some teachers do not have a better understanding of children’s physical and psychological characteristics. Then, children may feel worry in psychology and feel tired in physiology. Finally,it makes children feel difficult to learn piano and give up study in the end.In view of the above, this thesis is based on the summary of previous children’s piano teaching theories, and takes the form factors and countermeasures for the plateau phenomenon in children’s piano learning process as the research contents.Meanwhile,it takes the piano-studying children, children’s parents and piano teachers as the research target,so as to carry out the comprehensive and multi-angle investigation and research from the perspective of psychology, educational psychology and piano teaching. Moreover,it aims to provide some effective guidance for children’s piano learning and promote the development of children’s musical ability. This thesis has been divided into four parts:The first chapter has analyzed the concept definition of "plateau phenomenon" and the specific performances of "plateau phenomenon" during children’s piano learning process, which allows us have an understanding and positioning of the term "plateau phenomenon".The second chapter has specifically illustrated the implementation steps of questionnaire survey and interview method,as well as the key research issues.Through the investigation of piano-studying infants, piano teachers and parents, the third chapter has tried to analyze the influencing factors of plateau phenomenon caused by the three sides in children’s piano learning, and then made an explanation for its reasons.According to the above questions, the fourth chapter has put forward the strategies and methods of "plateau phenomenon" during infants’ piano learning process. |
