Now our country attaches great importance to the overall quality of children’s education,the overall quality and the development of the next generation of caring relationship in our country,but also the relationship between the Chinese nation and our hope for the future.Chinese quality education is our country in recent years more and more attention to the problem of learning an art specialty has become the core of comprehensive quality assessment part of learning art specialty has become a part of every child’s life.Children are often interested in the initial study,can quickly grasp the essentials of learning,and in the middle of a certain skill while understanding but after a period of study,the child will appear stagnancy,The psychology will plateau phenomenon from the perspective of psychology.We carry on the discussion and Research on the "plateau phenomenon",found that this phenomenon will produce more complex motor skill learning in the process of playing piano is a continuous movement of more complex skills,it is easy to produce the plateau phenomenon.When the plateau phenomenon will directly affect children’s instrumental skills in Piano Teaching for children.There are many factors that lead to the plateau phenomenon in piano teaching to children,we can be divided into internal factors,external factors of social factors and psychological problems.From the perspective of psychology,children The plateau phenomenon in learning,because children’s mental state is not yet mature,so from the point of view of finding problems and puts forward the corresponding suggestions to solve the problems.The children in learning to play as much as possible the best condition for learning,to the mental health state of learning,and the children’s physical and mental health development in the the process of learning the piano.This paper is based on the above problems,in 6-10 years old children in Harbin city as the research object.The analysis and Study on the plateau phenomenon in piano teaching,from the perspective of the analysis to teaching and research activities in the piano children Plateau phenomenon and factors Study on the psychological aspects.The corresponding method is presented on the basis of investigation and research,from the children’s own,piano teacher,and the role of parents of child students starting from the corresponding data in the conclusion,parents and teachers on how to avoid and deal with the plateau phenomenon of children’s Piano Teaching in the study,the use of a questionnaire the survey method,interview method combined with psychology and education on the basis of investigation and research and put forward some suggestions to put forward their own views.
