| In today’s China,when facing complex and diverse social needs,senior division piano graduates should also pay attention to the cultivation of piano application ability,in addition to having the quality of basic education teachers.Piano education should also meet the requirements of social development,pay attention to the effective setting of piano cooperation courses on the basis of the original mature teaching content,and explore new teaching content.The training of piano cooperation talents at the Institute of Performing Arts of Taiwan Normal University(hereinafter referred to as the Performing Institute of Taiwan Normal University)has taken the means of serving original Chinese musicals and explored students ’ awareness of creation,cooperation and global consciousness.Its comprehensive and multi-faceted curriculum broadens students ’vision,increase the opportunities of students’ practice and training,cultivate students ’ wide range of social adaptability,make students competent for a variety of social work and meet complex social needs.In contrast,the employment choice of Chinese senior division piano graduates is relatively single.Therefore,it is proposed that to break the training mode of senior teacher piano teaching homogenization in China,we need to pay attention to the innovative development of piano cooperative teaching and enhance the development of piano application ability.This paper adopts literature research method,field research method and observation method,through the establishment of departments,the teaching characteristics of piano cooperation:(1)realizes the training of applied piano talents,(2)should clarify the teaching objectives,strengthen piano teaching courses;(3)optimizes the teaching and evaluation mechanism,to form the training characteristics;(4)establish the relevance of various disciplines and broaden the professional field.By innovating teaching thinking mode,enrich teaching means,so that talents enter the society faster and better adapt. |
