Since the 21 st century,the relationship of enterprises is becoming closer and closer with the acceleration of globalization.The Internet,as a general infrastructure,is widely used in various fields of economic society,and redefines the world connection.The integration of the Internet and e-commerce is a general trend for enterprises to seek a rapid development.With the continuous development of economic society,the role of the translation of business text can not be underestimated.The translation of business text has already become the focus of many translators.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the language features and translation methods of business text.The author selects the first three chapters of The Internet and E-commerce as the text.Under the guidance of Text Typology Theory,the author analyzes the translation of first three chapters from lexical,syntactic and discourse level,and discusses the guiding significance of Text Typology Theory for the translation of business text.The language expression of business text is quite standardized and formal,and it focuses on conveying the information of the original text.Therefore,in the process of translation,the author considers the language features of business text and chooses appropriate translation strategies and skills to convey the contents of informative text under the guidance of Text Typology Theory according to the differences of thinking habits between Chinese and English and the ways of language expression.In the process of translation,the translator adopts the translation methods such as literal translation,conversion,amplification,inversion,division and combination,trying his best to convey the information of business text and allow target readers to obtain relevant information.The author hopes to summarize relevant experience and provide corresponding references and guidance for future translation of such text or related books through this translation practice.
