In recent years,China’s animation industry has developed rapidly and made remarkable achievements.With the launch of the game "King of Glory",the release of the animated film "Ne Zha",the release of the ink animation "The Five Elements of the Fog Mountain",the rise of "Hanfu craze" and the popularity of "Handmade",people’s attention to the animation industry has reached a new height.Animation industry is an important member of the cultural industry,is a "sunrise industry",but also to promote the rapid development of China’s economy,maintain social stability and order,and ensure the long history of culture "key industry".The status of animation industry in China is getting higher and higher,the government is paying more and more attention to the animation industry,and the policy support is also getting stronger and stronger.Animation industry policy is also an important member of the cultural industry policy,in recent years,in order to promote the healthy development of the animation industry and improve the domestic and international influence of Chinese culture,develop and implement a lot in our country comprehensive,scientific animation industry policies,although has obtained certain achievements,but in the process of policy implementation,still faces some difficulties.Therefore,the research on the implementation of China’s animation industry policy has become a very urgent topic.First of all,the author through literature research,interview and statistical analysis,the method of using porter diamond theory and mike laughlin interaction model,analyzes the present situation of our country’s execution of animation industry policy,summarizes our country animation industry policy in the process of execution result,and from the policy implementation subject,object,standard and environment on the four basic elements were analyzed,and found that the current main problems of China’s animation industry policy implementation,including: China’s animation industry policy execution level is not high;The implementation effect of supporting policies for talent cultivation in China’s animation industry is not good.China’s animation industry intellectual property protection policy implementation is not in place;China’s animation industry policy implementation of the scope of influence is not large.Secondly,to find out the causes of the problems,including: the implementation of China’s animation industry policy is not professional,the implementation of China’s animation industry policy is lack of consideration for the policy counterpart,the implementation of China’s animation industry intellectual property protection policy standards are not clear,China’s animation industry policy implementation propaganda is not enough.In addition,through the analysis of the United States,Japan,South Korea’s animation industry related policy implementation status,compare the similarities and differences of animation industry policy implementation at home and abroad,draw in the animation industry policy implementation from abroad can draw lessons from the experience of our government: foreign animation industry,animation industry policy implemented by the foreign policy implementation specification standards of intellectual property rights’ protection policy is clear.Finally,according to the analysis of the causes of animation industry policy implementation problems,and combined with the United States,Japan,South Korea’s animation industry related policy implementation experience,improve our country’s execution of animation industry policy Suggestions: strengthen the professionalism of our country’s execution of animation industry policy,improve the attention of the other party of our country’s animation industry policy,perfecting our country’s animation industry standard of intellectual property rights’ protection policy,strengthen the propaganda of our country’s animation industry policy.
