| In recent years,more and more scholars have paid attention to anthropomorphism and human-computer interaction,and have done a lot of research in anthropomorphism,identity and related fields,which has greatly enriched the theoretical research in related fields.Based on anthropomorphic related theories and identity theory,this research focuses on the identity theory in psychology,discussing the influence of anthropomorphism on user acceptance,the mediating role of identity and the moderating role of robot product typesAlthough the research on robots and anthropomorphism has gradually increased in recent years,on the one hand,there are still few related documents that use identity as an intermediary variable to discuss the impact on user acceptance.On the other hand,a large number of researches on robots are still not available.Focusing on the technical research and development of robot appearance and movement path,there is less research on the relationship between robots and users after the advent of robots,and whether users are willing to use these robots.Based on this,this article preliminarily explores the possible mechanism of anthropomorphization on user acceptance through empirical research,including consideration of the issue of people’s identity to robots after the advent of robots and the impact of different types of robot products in different industries on user acceptance,that is,considering identity The mediating effect of identity and the moderating effect of product type.The research results show that: First,the degree of anthropomorphism of the robot’s appearance will affect the user’s acceptance of the robot,and the user’s acceptance of robots with higher anthropomorphic characteristics will also be higher.Second,the personification of the robot’s appearance will affect the user’s identity of the robot.The higher the degree of personification,the higher the identity.Thirdly,the user’s identity to the robot will affect their acceptance of the robot.Experiments show that subjects with a high degree of identity will have a higher acceptance of the robot.Fourth,the research has proved the mediating effect of identity between personification and user acceptance,and the mediating effect is significant.Fifth,this research proves that the type of robot product has a moderating effect between anthropomorphism and user acceptance.The moderating effect is significant.Under the doctor robot type,the overall score of user acceptance is significantly lower than the user acceptance under the teacher robot type.In general,this research has enriched the related research in human-computer interaction,and has a certain enlightening effect on the future research and development of new professional service robots for robot companies to meet the needs of users. |
