A Report On Simulated Consecutive Interpretation Of “Huawei Mate Pad And All-Scenario New Product Launch Event In 2019”

With the continuous progress of economy and the rapid development of science and technology,the hot emerging industries such as artificial intelligence and big data have advanced significantly,bringing great changes to the lives of modern people.A variety of smart products,such as mobile phones,tablet computers,laptops,etc.,have been integrated into people’s lives and are closely related to people’s daily life.Therefore,many famous brands hold new product launch events for their own mobile phones,tablet computers,laptops,etc.to release their own new generation of products to show their scientific and technological strength,attracting widespread attention every year.In the selection of interpreting materials,the author chose the Huawei Mate Pad and all-scenario new product launch event held by Huawei in Shanghai in November 2019.At the launch of this new product event,Huawei mainly launched a new generation of flagship tablet Mate Pad and two laptops of cost-effective Matebook D15 and Matebook D14.Guided by the Effort Model theory,the author made a further study and analysis of the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of interpretation so as to reach the reasonable effort distribution.In the practice report,the author explains the task of this simulated consecutive interpretation,including the background,the task features,the significance of this practice task,preparation process and so on.However,it is the most important for the author to analyze and solve the problems and challenges encountered in this task through practical cases under the guidance of the Effort Model theory,so as to achieve reasonable effort distribution in the process of interpretation.At the same time,the author had a practice summary of the task,which concluded the success and shortcomings of the task,reflected on the limitations of this report and put forward suggestions for future study.
