As an important part in the Sino-Tibetan language,Measure words has become a key and difficult point in the research of ontology research and teaching Chinese as a foreign language research because of its high frequency of use and flexible collocation.As an important sub-class of individual measure words,animal measure words are indispensable in the structure of "numeral+measure words+ noun".The use of such words in Chinese is unique.When they are translated into a foreign language,we often encounter the situation that it is not easy to translate or not necessary to translate,which has been becoming a difficult point for foreign students.After investigating the interlanguage corpus of College of Chinese Studies of Jinan University,we found that the highest error rate of the use of animal measure words is "Zhi,Tou,Tiao,Pi".We choose this group of measure words errors as the research object,aiming to explore effective ways to improve the efficiency of classifier classroom teaching.Based on the research results of animal measure words and the explanations of authoritative dictionaries,this thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the similarities and differences of this group of animal measure words by using the three-plane theory of grammar,and strives to make concise and practical grammatical rules.According to that,we analysis 200 errors collected by combining the theory of error analysis and the theory of interlanguage.We classify the errors collected into three types: mixed use,misusing animal classifiers as "Ge" and omission,and then tries to make a deep discussion about the causes of making errors from the internal factors(purpose language,negative transfer of mother tongue,students’ learning strategies and communication strategies)and external factors(teaching strategies,language learning environment).In the end,the thesis focuses on analysising the causes from the two aspect of students and teachers,setting up correct learning concept,choosing suitable learning methods,focusing on the explanation of semantic collocation of animal measure words,paying attention to teaching order and skills,and strengthening comparative teaching.
