| Culture,due to its regional uniqueness and great development potential,has become a key factor to determine the competitiveness of a city.Urban cultural competitiveness is influenced by politics,economy,resources and environment.In this paper,starting from the basic concept of urban cultural competitiveness,combining the actual development situation of Chengdu,the construction of its evaluation index system,including the level of the cultural resources,infrastructure construction,market development level,cultural innovation,undertakings development,radiation ability of the six elements.Compared with other national central cities,Chengdu ranks fourth in the level of cultural competitiveness,but lags far behind Beijing,Guangzhou and Shanghai.SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the factors of 24 cultural indicators in 9 national central cities and Chengdu from 2008 to 2018,four main factors were extracted respectively.The cultural and related industries developed well,the management of cultural undertakings developed steadily,and the development of cultural resources and cultural innovation ability was relatively backward.According to the present situation of Chengdu’s urban cultural competitiveness and the development direction,the paper gives policy Suggestions on the advantages,disadvantages and sustainable development.Including to promote the development of "big data + culture industry",sets up the city special features culture labels and comprehensive cultivating cultura l market,improve the cultural activities of universal participation,the training of specialists in the field of culture,improve citizen overall culture quality,creating an environment of innovation ideas,vigorously protect the cultural heritage,strengthening the regional culture,attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization.Chengdu is rising at an amazing speed.It is hoped that this paper can provide some references for Chengdu to improve its cultural competitiveness. |
