| As an international general language,English is widely used in personal communication and international business,so people’s enthusiasm for learning is also increasing day by day.In order to provide third-party assessment agencies or individuals with a complete set of evaluation index systems related to English learning apps,so that software users can more efficiently choose the learning software that suits them.It also provides suggestions for software developers to further improve the software.This article studies English learning APP and establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system for English learning APP to reflect their respective strengths and weaknesses.This article divides the construction of the comprehensive evaluation index system of English learning APP into the following three steps: First,the design of evaluation index system.Combining the literature reading method and Delphi method,and starting from perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use,the six evaluation indexes of specialty,intelligence,interest,comfort,reliability and safety were determined as the first-level indexes.Combining with the first-level indexes,thirty indexes,such as clear teaching purpose,were selected and thirty indexes were evaluated and scored by relevant experts.After several rounds of scoring,23 indexes were selected as the secondary indexes of the index system.Second,the construction of evaluation index system.After the evaluation index is determined,the Delphi method is used to invite experts to score the constructed comparative judgment matrix.According to the scoring results of the experts,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the single-level ranking weights and the total-level ranking weights respectively,and the test is conducted until both the first-level indicators and the second-level indicators pass the consistency test,and finally the comprehensive indicators are calculated to obtain the final evaluation indicator system.Third,based on the designed evaluation index system,three kinds of spoken English software with high usage,including Fluent English,Akaso and Scallop English,are selected as the research objects.,by issuing three questionnaires respectively 284,286 and 273 valid questionnaires,and analyze the data,finally,constructive suggestions are put forward according to the evaluation resultsBy analyzing many literatures and combining with the current situation of mobile application market,this paper chooses English learning APP for in-depth study and provides a complete comprehensive evaluation index system of English learning APP for third-party survey institutions,which fills the gap in the evaluation index system in English learning APP.According to Delphi method,the importance of the first level index was ranked as practicability,professionalism,reliability,intelligence,interest and comfort,and the comprehensive scores of the three software were obtained from the empirical results,which were fluent speaking,English,spoken scallop,and Akaso.At the same time,it was found that the three software had low scores in personalized learning content,human-computer interaction and personal information protection,and some teachers were lacking in professionalism and stability.Therefore,it is suggested to improve the overall level of service personnel,enrich the personalized learning program of software,improve the aesthetic degree of software,insist on the operation and maintenance of software,and attach importance to the protection of personal information. |
