The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Public Cultural Service System In Shan County,Shandong Province

With the continuous improvement of rural people’s economic conditions,the need for public culture has become a central contradiction,which has formed a greater pressure on the construction of public cultural service system.The construction of public cultural service system has become an objective requirement for China to promote the new socialist countryside and realize the "Chinese dream".Shan county,located in the southwest of Shandong Province,is an underdeveloped county with large agricultural population in the East.At present,there are few literatures on the public cultural service system in such areas.The research of this paper can provide a reference case for the construction of rural public cultural service system in other Eastern underdeveloped areas with less cultural resources.This paper uses the method of literature analysis,through the method of investigation,analysis and comparison,to further elaborate and analyze the construction of public cultural service system in Shan county of Shandong Province,and lists the construction significance of public cultural service system in Shan county,so as to provide some ideas and effective measures for the development of public cultural service in Shan county,It can provide some reference suggestions for improving the construction of public cultural service system in Shan county of Shandong Province,promote the level of public cultural service system in Shan county,and enhance the utilization efficiency of public cultural service in Shan county,so as to better promote the government’s public cultural service function.This study shows that the public cultural infrastructure of Shan county is gradually improved,the public cultural activities are booming,the cultural heritage protection is improving,the investment in public cultural services continues to grow,and the talent team of public cultural services has initially formed a scale.However,there are still some problems in the construction of public cultural service system in single county,such as the construction of public cultural infrastructure,public cultural activities,cultural heritage protection,public cultural talent team,public cultural financial investment,effective coordination of government departments,and so on.Based on the research of the problems and the causes,this paper puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of rural public cultural service system in Shan county:improving the public cultural infrastructure,enriching public cultural activities,strengthening the protection and utilization of cultural heritage,strengthening the construction of talent team,optimizing cultural investment,and improving the department coordination mechanism.Through the joint participation of the society to improve the overall cultural environment,let the content of public cultural services continue to expand,accelerate the efficiency and level of public cultural services,public satisfaction will gradually rise to a new height.
