The Whole Story Of The Puppet State Establishment Plan Of Manchukuo

On September 18 th,1931,the Japanese Kwantung Army planned and conducted Mukden Incident,which invaded and occupied the entire territory of Northeast China in the following months.During this process,the Kwantung Army,the Japanese military and Japanese party government,after many negotiations,issued a detailed puppet state establishment plan of Manchukuo and implemented it.After that,Manchukuo was formally established on March 1st,1932 and became a thorough puppet regime.This paper takes the introduction of Manchukuo`s puppet state establishment plan plan as a clue to sort out and analyze relevant historical facts,and on the basis of a full review of the relevant research results at home and abroad,the origin,course and influence of this historical process are studied.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction,main text and conclusion.The main text includes the second,third and fourth chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research objects,the significance of the topic,research methods,ideas,innovations and deficiencies of the paper.The second chapter mainly introduces the background of Mukden Incident and Manchukuo Construction from the aspects of Japan`s mainland policy since the modern times,the general situation of Japan`s military administration before Mukden Incident,and the general situation of the Kwantung Army`s development.The third chapter reviews the outbreak of Mukden Incident in the first part and how the Japanese government`s policy of non-expansion was undermined by the Kwantung Army and Japanese military.In the second part,it analyzes the opposition between the Kwantung Army and Japanese military`s headquarters over Manchukuo`s puppet state establishment plan.Negotiations and the Kwantung Army’s puppet state establishment plan finally won the process and reasons.The fourth chapter mainly describes the Kwantung Army’s wooing of Puyi and other Chinese personnel to promote the foundation of the Manchukuo,the establishment of Manchukuo and the establishment of it as a puppet regime of Japan,as well as the influence of the foundation of the Manchukuo in many aspects.The concluding part summarizes the full text.Although Japan formed a situation of party politics during the Taisho period,due to the system defects of the independence of command power,the internal struggle of the parties,and the external tough policies,radical forces like Issekikai rose.With the acquiescence of Ugaki`s high-level military department,they directly participated in Mukden Incident initiated by the Kwantung Army,and later overthrew the military`s high-level puppet state establishment plan plan,so that the military was controlled by hard-line power.Since then,the military had gradually taken control of the Japanese government through resolutions to boycott the party government and pressure on the government.The construction of Manchukuo reflects on the surface the conspiracy of the Japanese Kwantung Army to invade and expand,but at a deeper level it reflects the historical process of the Japanese military forces overwhelming the party government.
