Research On The Construction Of Red Culture Soft Power In Hebei

Since the concept of "soft power" was put forward by Joseph Nye,as an important part of the comprehensive national strength,more and more countries and regions have attached importance to it.As a part of China’s excellent culture,the red culture soft power is the key measure to improve the soft power of national culture.Hebei Province,as one of the areas deeply affected by the revolution,has rich red cultural resources.Strengthening the construction of red culture soft power in Hebei Province is an important dimension to further promote the development of Hebei Province’s cultural soft power.This study holds that the construction of red cultural soft power includes three elements: red culture connotation,red talent training and red industry construction.It is of economic and cultural value to strengthen the construction of red cultural soft power in Hebei Province.After a long-term construction practice,Hebei Province has realized the unity of participation subjects,economic and social benefits,elegance and popularity.However,there are still some problems in regional differences,talent introduction and management system.In view of the problems,it is proposed to change the concept of red culture soft power construction and improve relevant mechanisms,improve the relevant measures in three aspects of the solution strategy.
