Study On The Cultural Soft Power Through The Perspective Of Philosophy

With the continuous development of economic globalization, culture isbecoming more and more important in the comprehensive of national strength, and itsrole in the international competition and function are also increasingly significant andprominent. The comprehensive national strength of a country, not only embodies insuch aspects as political power, economic power, but also in the cultural power.Culture blends with politics and economy mutually, and the mutual influence degreeis deepening. Cultural power is gradually become an important development strategy.The concept of “Soft Power” was proposed, and caused great repercussions. It wasbrought up at the end of the cold war, the world historical period of major change, byJoseph Nye. The original meaning of the cultural soft power is a professional term inthe category of international communications between countries. As the concept hasbeen widely accepted worldwide, it has attracted widespread attention from all walksof life.Culture soft power is the core elements of national soft powers. It is a powerwhich complements and influences with the national defense strength hard powerssuch as the political and economic powers. It influences a country’s political andeconomic developments. Therefore, strengthen the overall strength of national cultureis becoming a new commanding heights and winning in international competition.Chinese cultural soft power is still in the development stage, this paper seeks to graspthe law of development of cultural soft power at the macro and try to put forwardmeasures to enhance Chinese cultural soft power.This paper summarizes the use of literature and combines the methods andcomparative to research methods. Then with the basic concepts of “soft power” and“cultural soft power”, analyze the meanings, reflect the characteristics of thetheoretical foundation for the whole text, and then revealing the national cultural softconnotation of strength from the perspective of the philosophy of cultural soft powerin depth, which constitutes the analysis.Then, concluding their cultural soft power ofthe outstanding achievements of the development process and to obtain experience, Finally to explore the measures of promoting our cultural soft power.
