A Study On The Transformation Of Confucius Institutes Based On The Comparison Of International Language Promotion Institutions

It has been 17 years since the establishment of the first Confucius Institute.At present,Confucius Institutes have basically completed their global layout and established their teaching system at a new starting point.They are facing many new problems and challenges and have entered a "new normal".In 2020,through a series of top-level design reforms,the development of Confucius Institute will move from large-scale development to high-quality contextual development,and enter a new journey of transformation.In the process of transformation,the experience of many other international language promotion organizations has also been borrowed.In this paper,the Confucius institute in recent years,development report,2012-2020 development plan of Confucius institute and language culture promotion agency website and relevant data,through the integrated use of the Confucius institute development longitudinal and lateral comparison method under the global view,sort out the transformation of the Confucius institute the plight of the present situation,the challenge and the transition to the new connotation,By comparing and analyzing the causes of the difficulties and challenges in the transition period,this paper tries to describe the development path of the transition period and puts forward the countermeasures.The first chapter introduces the origin of the topic,combs the research status,and clarifies the research method based on comparison.The second chapter gives a comprehensive introduction to the development status and course of Confucius Institutes and the general situation of international language promotion organizations.The third chapter to analyze problems,to describe the problem,and comparative analysis,contrast transformation after the structure of the relationship between the adjustment and other institutions are introduced,combing out the operation mode,the public opinion,cultural activities,teachers,teaching resources and the effects of disease and so on six aspects,are analyzed from the aspects of top-level design,language features and other reasons;The fourth chapter puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems.In the end,it makes a summary.
