| Universities have played an important role in the 70 year development of teaching Chinese as a second language. Most universities have established in-school educational institutions related to international Chinese education to carry out Chinese teaching and research for foreign students in China, professional personnel training of international Chinese education, and arranging public Chinese teachers to countries in need in the world.Entering the new era of international Chinese education, the needs of Chinese learning at home and abroad have changed,Chinese teaching institutions have become increasingly diversified, and the functions and development mode of universities are constantly adjusted and optimized, which has a great impact on the international Chinese education institutions of Chinese universities. Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the development model in line with its own characteristics on the basis of examining the development environment and organizational attributes of such institutions. From the perspective of organizational structure,University International Chinese education institutions are a kind of university discipline organizations in China. However, the comprehensive and cross nature of its disciplines and related historical problems make this kind of institutions unique from other discipline organizations. On the one hand, from the perspective of discipline support, such institutions are based on linguistics, pedagogy and other fields, reflecting the characteristics of interdisciplinary; On the other hand, from the perspective of organizational form, the setting of such institutions is affected by the process of university internationalization. The organizational form varies from school to school, and even has different organizational forms in different periods of the same university. From the perspective of the dual system theory of university organizational structure, this thesis selects the two main elements of "professionalism" and "organization" as the analysis dimension, and summarizes the current university international Chinese education institutions into four development paths,That is,"the ideal type in which the degree of organization and specialty can cooperate well with each other","the separation type in which the organizational structure obeys the specialty","the centralization type in which the professionals obey the organizational arrangement" and "the lack/fluctuation type in which the specialty and organization are difficult to reconcile".On this basis, through the research methods of network literature analysis and expert interview, this thesis traces the origin of various organizational forms presented by the current international Chinese education institutions, explores the diachronic evolution of the development of international Chinese education institutions, and preliminarily verifies the realistic rationality of the four development paths.Based on the matrix organization theory, aiming at the respective advantages and disadvantages of the two main paths of"centralization" and "separation" in the current international Chinese education institutions, this thesis puts forward the optimization strategy of relative flattening and simultaneous horizontal and vertical flow of information flow.On the basis of retaining the basic institutions of "centralized" and "separated" international Chinese education institutions,we should make appropriate non-structural adjustments to make them better achieve the goal of discipline integration of international Chinese education in Colleges and universities and the common development of international Chinese education. However, the establishment of international Chinese education institutions based on the matrix organization theory has not been further summarized, condensed and verified, and there is still a long way to go.It is hoped that in the future research, the matrix International Chinese education institutions can be put into practice on the basis of improving the number of samples,in order to provide reference and Enlightenment to more international Chinese education institutions of universities and even relevant educational institutions outside universities. |
