| At the end of the Qing Dynasty, the establishment of the Capital University produced the rudiments of college entrance mathematics examination. It was not until the Republic of China that there was a more perfect examination system.During the period of the Republic of China, the college entrance examination experienced three stages: independent enrollment(1912-1937),unified enrollment(1938-1940)and supervision proposition(1941-1946).The research focused on the history of examination system, the curriculum standard of middle schools and the enrollment of national universities. The only study related to the mathematics examination paper was the study of the curriculum standard of mathematics. The period from 1912 to 1940 was the transition period from independent enrollment to unified enrollment,so the study chose the college entrance mathematics examination papers during this period as the research object. This research adopts literature research method, historical comparison method and quantitative statistical method based on the perspective of digital humanity. The author first collected more than 100 sets of entrance mathematics examination papers for Peking University,Beijing Normal University and other universities during the Republic of China, and analyzed the evolution process of middle school mathematics curriculum standards and examination system during the Republic of China.Taking the issuance of the Nen Xu schooling system as the node, different types of test papers of first-class schools were selected as the typical ones before, after and during the unified enrollment period of the Nen Xu schooling system. These test papers represented the requirements of the college entrance examination on mathematics at that time.Through qualitative analysis and quantitative statistical analysis, the paper is consistent with the course standard and the change of comprehensive difficulty. The specific work is as follows:(1)Analyze the content characteristics of the test paper: first of all, classify the content of the test paper. The mathematics curriculum standard plays a guiding role in the mathematics test paper,so the textbook used at that time is used to analyze the content of the test paper in three periods,so as to analyze the changes of the content of the test paper.(2)Unified degree of consistency between examination papers and course standards in the enrollment period: the three consistency analysis paradigms of SEC,ACHIEVE and Webb are compared.Because there is no three-level level of knowledge depth in the course standard(1936),the Webb analysis mode with strong reliability, wide application value and multiple angles is chosen to analyze the consistency degree between the test paper and the course standard from three dimensions of knowledge breadth, knowledge type and knowledge balance.(3)Changes in the comprehensive difficulty of the test paper: based on Bao Jiansheng’s "comprehensive difficulty coefficient model",factors affecting the difficulty of "whether to include references" were added, and "comprehensive degree" was used to replace "knowledge content".In order to change the original simple assignment,Wu Xiaopeng’s scaling method was adopted and AHP was used to calculate the weight of the influencing factors of each difficulty. The paper analyzes the comprehensive difficulty of the examination paper in the period of unified enrollment and the changes of the difficulty in the three periods.Through the above research,it not only clarifies the difficulty change of college entrance mathematics examination questions in the period of the Republic of China and the degree of consistency with the curriculum standard, but also enriches the research of college entrance mathematics examination papers in the period of the Republic of China. |
