Great sites are an important part of Chinese cultural heritage’s protection. To combine the work of protecting great sites with improving the residents’living environment and ecological environment, improving the local economic development level and the quality of the residents’life, will realize the harmonious development between the cultural and the construction of modernization in the city, which has become the consensus of many scholars and citizens. At present, scholars have found a coordinated development way between the great sites’protection and exploitation, which is using great sites resources as cultural tourism resources to be appropriate protective development. However, how to achieve protective development? What are the protective development patterns? How to select these patterns? How to evaluate the choice you make? These are all problems to be solved, so this paper is to analyze the selection of the urban great sites protective development patterns.The first part of this paper, the domestic and foreign research dynamic has been reviewed about great sites. Then it simply introduced the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the urban great ruins protective development mode.The second part has analyzed the present situation and the existing problems in our county and Xi’an city, which is basis on the conditions of the great urban sites’protective development.The third part is a central part of this paper, in combination with the current domestic scholars’ research foundation; this paper has put forward its own division of the urban great sites’protective development mode. There are four modes, such as the sites museum mode, the urban leisure green space pattern, the sites tourism attraction mode and the sites park mode, and having compared each other. At the same time, this paper has analyzed the various factors to the selection and evaluation of urban great sites protective development modes. An index system of selection and evaluation to urban great sites’protective development mode has established. And then used the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the entropy technology weight method to determine the weight of each index, and then using fuzzy evaluation method to establish the model.The fourth part, Han Chang’An City site in Xi’an city as a case for empirical research by using the model in this paper, at last this paper has proved the fourth mode is more reasonable for Han Chang’An City site’s protective development. |
