In recent years,vocational education has ushered in a golden period of development.From the plan for the construction of the modern vocational education system(2014-2020)to the implementation policy of "improving the vocational education and training system,deepening the combination of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation" put forward at the19 th CPC national congress,the development of vocational education has shown a good trend.In September 2016,the ministry of education released the development of Chinese students’ core literacy,and elaborated on the connotation,definition and other aspects of students’ development of core literacy.Among them,as one of the six core qualities of the core qualities,the practical innovation quality has played an immeasurable role in the lifelong development of students.However,as the main position of training high-quality skilled talents,secondary vocational schools still have the phenomenon of mismatch between the quality of talent training and the development needs of enterprises.To some extent,secondary vocational students have the prominent problem that their practical ability and innovation and creation ability are not strong.Secondary vocational schools in the face of students in practical ability and innovative consciousness and so on specific issues,should as soon as possible to meet the needs of reform and development,give full play to the function of education,grasp the classroom main land,reasonable choose teaching mode,to respect the principal position of students,improve the students’ practical ability and innovation ability,improving the quality of personnel training,for a great contribution to the national development and social progress.Exploratory teaching,as a kind of systematic teaching methods,and the article to create the learning situation of the real freedom,for teachers’ teaching and students’ learning to build a relaxed,free and harmonious atmosphere,secondary vocational teachers should fully grasp of the curriculum and the practical application with editing features,carefully selected conforms to the student to study the characteristics and development needs of knowledge,guide the student to carry on the positive exploration and discussion,so as to improve students’ inquiry and the purpose of unity and cooperation.This research takes secondary vocational students as the research object,takes constructivism theory,meaningful learning theory and humanism theory as the theoretical basis and important starting point of the research,takes the course of film and television editing as the main body and the basis,and takes improving the practical and innovative quality of secondary vocational students as the research purpose.The main contents are as follows:The first part is based on the needs of the subject research,the author carried out the primary work of this research,that is,the origin of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,research status,research ideas and contents,research methods were integrated and sorted out;This paper makes a clear analysis of the concepts and theoretical basis related to this topic,which provides theoretical support for the author to carry out the research.The second part is the author of the inquiry teaching,practical innovation literacy,"film and television editing" curriculum for in-depth research and sorting,in order to establish a close relationship between the three,to explore the application of inquiry teaching in the "film and television editing" curriculum to cultivate the practical innovation literacy of secondary vocational students feasibility and necessity.In the third part,the author investigates and analyzes the current situation of the application of inquiry-based teaching in the course of film and television editing,and on this basis,conducts a strategic research on the application of inquiry-based teaching in the course of film and television editing to cultivate the practical and innovative qualities of secondary vocational students.The fourth part is the author based on the current situation of the application of inquiry teaching,specific problems specific analysis,draw lessons and draw lessons,carefully select teaching cases,carry out the inquiry teaching design work to cultivate the practical innovation quality of secondary vocational students.The fifth part is the author on the basis of doing the above work,the research summary and prospect.This paper summarizes and reflects on the conclusions,innovations and deficiencies of the research,so as to contribute to the improvement of the practical innovation quality of secondary vocational students.
