General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the nineteen major reports of the party:"culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Culture prospers the country and prosperity,culture is strong,and the nation is strong.Without a high degree of cultural confidence and cultural prosperity,there will be no great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation."Building a strong socialist cultural power is the goal of cultural construction in the new era in China.The fundamental lies in unswervingly establishing cultural self-confidence.As an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture,intangible cultural heritage has entered the public vision since China joined the Convention for the protection of intangible cultural heritage in 2004.Various regions have taken various measures to strengthen the protection of intangible cultural heritage.The protection of intangible cultural heritage in China has experienced more than ten years of development,the basic system is gradually improved,and the project development has begun to take shape.In particular,the establishment of the Ministry of culture and tourism in 2018 has made the integration of culture and tourism a hot spot,and has brought certain opportunities and challenges for the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage.Cultural tourism integration is an important demand of the people in the new era,and it is also a new direction in the field of intangible cultural heritage protection and development.With China’s economic development entering a new era,under this background,how to correctly handle the relationship between the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage,so that the intangible cultural heritage protection and development results can better meet the "people’s growing needs for a better life" How to promote the formation of cultural self-confidence,how to take advantage of opportunities and challenges,and how to achieve deep integration with tourism are important issues in the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage.Zaozhuang City has a long history,rich cultural and tourism resources,forming a number of representative scenic spots such as Taierzhuang ancient city as an excellent representative,bearing the cultural atmosphere of canal civilization,red culture and so on.Taking Zaozhuang City as the research object,this paper firstly sorts out the domestic and foreign research literature,defines the concepts of intangible cultural heritage and cultural tourism integration,and then analyzes the role of cultural and tourism integration on the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage combined with the actual situation,and comprehensively analyzes the development status of intangible cultural heritage in Zaozhuang City by using interview method and case analysis method This paper analyzes and summarizes the main methods of intangible cultural heritage protection and development in the integration of culture and tourism in Zaozhuang City,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the reasons,such as imperfect rules and regulations,single protection mode,lack of enthusiasm for public participation,scattered tourism development projects and lack of competitiveness,and then analyzes the causes of the problems,combined with foreign development experience,using collaborative governance,industrial integration,and The sustainable development and other social science theories put forward some suggestions and opinions:correctly handle the relationship between protection and development,protective development,strengthen the leading role of the government,explore the new mode of "intangible cultural heritage+tourism"integration,dig deep into cultural connotation,strengthen publicity and increase capital investment.
