| Teachers are the key to improving the quality of education.The higher the professionalism of teachers,the higher the quality of education.Primary school English teachers are leaders in the cultivation of English literacy among elementary school students.Their professional qualities directly determine the English literacy of elementary school students.In order to understand the current status and influencing factors of rural teachers ’English teachers’ professional literacy,and to provide reference countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of rural teachers ’English teachers’ professional literacy,this study used a combination of questionnaire survey and interviews,and selected M county rural teachers as the research object.An empirical study on the status and influencing factors of professional literacy of English teachers in rural primary schools in M County.The first part of the thesis is the introduction,including research background,purpose,significance,domestic and foreign research review,theoretical basis,and definition of core concepts.The second part is the questionnaire design and survey,including the questionnaire design and the survey process.The third part is the analysis and conclusion of the survey results of the status of professional literacy of English teachers in rural primary schools in M County.SPSS is used to conduct a holistic analysis and difference analysis.The overall situation of English teachers ’professional literacy in county and rural elementary schools is general,with the best professional literacy,and professional knowledge and professional capabilities need to be strengthened;English-speaking countries have relatively poor cultural knowledge,local cultural knowledge is relatively scarce,and English professional knowledge is relatively good;teaching and research capabilities Relatively weak,the ability of teaching implementation needs to be improved,the ability of English subjects needs to be strengthened,and the ability of classroom management is relatively strong;caring students have a strong affection and a relatively weak professional spirit.Among them,there are significant differences in the professional literacy of English teachers in M county rural primary schools of different teaching ages and different specialties,as follows: with the growth of teaching age,the professional qualities of English teachers in rural primary schools in M county have been gradually improved;teachers who have received systematic teacher education Development is better than teachers who have not received systematic teacher education.The fourth part is the analysis and conclusion of the survey results of influencing factors.Through overall analysis,difference analysis and regression analysis,it is found that the influencing factors have a greater impact on professional literacy as a whole,and professional literacy is most affected by personal factors;self-learning attitude and consciousness And motivation have a relatively large impact,and their own love for education is relatively small;participation in training and learning opportunities has a greater impact on professional literacy,teaching and learning support resources have a greater impact on professional literacy,and school listening evaluations have a greater impact on teachers Professional literacy has a greater impact;national policies and social environment have a greater impact on professional literacy,and parents have a greater impact on professional literacy.Among them,the influencing factors have significant differences on the English teachers of rural primary schools in M county with different ages,titles,and specialties.The specific performance is as follows: the younger the English teachers in rural primary schools in M county,the greater the impact of the three levels of influencing factors on the professional qualities of teachers;The lower the professional title of English teachers in rural primary schools in M County,the greater the impact on the threelevels of influencing factors;the students who have received systematic teacher education have more influential factors at the individual level than those who have not received systematic demonstration education.The fifth part is suggestions and countermeasures.Based on the analysis results,it provides targeted suggestions and countermeasures at the individual level,school level,society and family level,and aims to provide a reference for the improvement of the professional quality of English teachers in rural primary schools in M County. |
