poor college students are a large group in colleges and universities.Compared with non-poor college students,their mental health level is lower,which is also the object that needs more attention and research.This thesis is the study of the poor college students negative automatic thinking,and the present situation and relations between depression and life satisfaction,on the basis of combining with related theory formulation of the poor college students negative automatic thinking group guidance manual ",in order to negative automatic thinking of poor college students intervention research work,in order to improve the poor college students mental health status,work for poor college students mental health interventions offer theory and operation instruction.Of this study is divided into three stages,use a "negative automatic thoughts questionnaire(ATQ)and self-evaluation of the beck depression inventory(BDI)and the life satisfaction scale(SWLS)to measure 900 poor college students,to understand the negative automatic thinking of poor college students,depression and life satisfaction of the status quo,and combining the demographic variable variance analysis,the poor college students negative automatic thinking,the relationship between depression and life satisfaction and its influencing factors;Stage 2: through literature review and expert evaluation,the guidance manual for poor college students’ negative automatic thinking group was compiled.In stage 3,the quasi-experimental design method was adopted,and 40 poor college students(20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group)were taken as the research objects.The manual compiled in stage 2 was used as the guidance tool to carry out group counseling intervention,and finally the effect of the manual was evaluated.In conclusion,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)there are significant differences in negative automatic thinking among poor college students in terms of gender,place of origin,one-child situation,family atmosphere and personal health;The depression level of poor college students was significantly different in family atmosphere and personal health.There are significant differences in life satisfaction of poor college students in gender,place of origin,one-child situation,family atmosphere and personal health.There was a significant positive correlation between negative automatic thinking and depression.There was a significant negative correlation between negative automatic thinking and lifesatisfaction.Depression was negatively correlated with life satisfaction.(2)the intervention elements of negative automatic thinking group guidance manual for poor college students include self-concept,self-confidence,interpersonal relationship,attribution style,coping style,psychological adaptation,anxiety,self-esteem,emotional regulation and social support.The handbook,plus group building and summary harvest,consists of 12 units.(3)the intervention of the group guidance manual on negative automatic thinking of poor college students can effectively reduce the negative automatic thinking and depression level of poor college students,and improve the life satisfaction of poor college students.
