The Research On The Trade Union Organization In Lvshun And Dalian During The War Of Liberation

Mass organizations are the bridge and link between the CPC and the people.The work of the masses is a regular and fundamental task in governing the country.During the revolution,construction and reform in various historical periods,the communist party of China has always attached great importance to the work of mass organizations,constantly strengthened the construction of mass organizations,made full use of the advantages of mass organizations,and mobilized the broad masses of the people to strive for the completion of the party’s central tasks.Trade union organization is an important component of mass organization,an important pillar of state power,and a representative and defender of the interests of millions of workers.In the new era,how to give full play to the advantages of trade unions is very important.Therefore,the study of the work of the trade unions in Lvshun and Dalian after liberation is of guiding significance to the work of today’s trade unions.During the war of liberation,the are of Lvshun and Dalian became a "special liberated area" under military control of the Soviet union and secret leadership of the CPC by virtue of its special geographical location and unique industrial advantages.Restricted by the Sino-soviet treaty,the communist party of China could not make public activities easily.Trade union organizations as a powerful assistant of the CPC with a powerful,production to development and stability and people’s livelihood as own duty,adhere to the worker work for the center,continuously improve the level of service awareness and leadership,in the center of the service of the party work and safeguard regional security plays a unique and important role,creating the "golden age" of trade union work.This paper takes the trade union organizations in Lvshun and Dalian during the war of liberation as the research object.On the basis of making full use of the historical materials such as library archives,newspapers and periodicals,local Chronicles,etc.this paper makes use of the methods of comparative study,systematic study,and the combination of history and logic to sort out the working situation of the travel union.By analyzing the trade unions,historical experience and limitations during the liberation war,this paper puts forward the optimization path of the trade union work in the new period: the trade union organization needs to clarify the theme of The Times,innovate the way of work,at the same time,to strengthen the ideological and political education of workers,the selection and cultivation of high labor model.It is hoped that the analysis and research of the trade union in this paper can enrich the related research on the group work and provide new ideas for strengthening the trade union work in the new situation.
