The Budai people are a branch of the Zhuang ethnic group.They are a group of more than 17,000 people distributed on the border between Guangxi and China."Tianqin" intangible cultural heritage is a brilliant pearl of the Buer people’s folk culture,carrying ethnic memories and historical aspirations in the course of historical development.In the process of protection,"Tianqin" intangible cultural heritage is extremely susceptible to factors such as transnational ethnic groups and common sources,and is supported by policies and projects because of its location in "old,young,border,mountain,and poor".Priority.Research on it can better explore the protection strategy of transnational intangible cultural heritage in border areas.On the basis of document review and field investigation,this article attempts to explore the protection of "Tianqin" intangible cultural heritage from the perspectives of management,ethnology,and anthropology.The content is divided into five parts: introduction,overview of the intangible culture of the "Lyme" of the Jinlong cloth people of the Sino-Vietnamese border,special provisions for protection,existing problems,and protection strategies.Describes and analyzes the issues of ownership,protection planning,funding cut-off,and subject of protection of "Tianqin" intangible cultural heritage,and draws the following conclusions:Under the protection of intangible cultural heritage,"Tianqin" is not Opportunities and challenges coexist in the protection of material cultural heritage.We should adhere to the role of the government to encourage wider social participation,respect the status of Bulu people as a cultural subject,and encourage them to actively participate in the function of protecting the subject.The material cultural heritage has developed in a changing era environment.
