| Local Chronicle is a public cultural product that comprehensively records the social,political,natural,economic,and cultural aspects of a certain area at a given period of time.Local Chronicle work is part of the government’s public cultural service work,and it is responsible for retaining historical data,providing policy advice,and educating.Social culture develops quickly,along with rapid economic development.On the one hand,in the face of these new circumstances,the rapid development of the social economy and culture puts forward higher requirements for the work of local chronicles;on the other hand,there are many problems with Tianjin’s local chronicle work,including the problem of management methods,the method of public cultural services of local chronicles,and the problem of information technology,which make local chronicle work unable to serve the development of society better.Therefore,we need to further improve local chronicles’ public service capabilities in order to better serve the development of society.The research content of this paper is based on the work of Tianjin local chronicles’ work,in order to analyze the problems which exist in Tianjin local chronicles’ work by using relevant theories of government affairs information,public cultural products,and public cultural services.With reference to the advanced practices and successful experiences in the local cultural and public service work of other provinces and cities,as well as through analysis and references,it is necessary to establish a local public cultural service platform based on informatization to enhance the local cultural service level of Tianjin local chronicles.Subsequently,this paper introduces the demand analysis,design goals and functional construction of platforms,taking Tianjin local chronicles’ work as an example,conducting practical case analysis comparison based on the developed platform.And through the concrete case analysis illustrates the practicability and validity of platform. |
