Children’s literature,as a core course of preschool education,focuses on both theory and practice,knowledge and skills.Due to the limitations of various factors,its teaching situation is not ideal,and it does not play a very good role in training preschool teachers.According to the requirements of pre-school education in vocational colleges,it is imperative to explore the teaching reform of children’s literature.Based on the study of the characteristics of children’s literature course,this paper aims at the teaching situation by means of questionnaire interview and classroom observation.And from the perspective of vocational skills training to analyze the problems in teaching.Based on the post requirements of vocational skills training of preschool teachers and the requirements of talents training in vocational colleges,the teaching mode of vocational skills training of children’s literature course is put forward.Based on the investigation and interview of teachers and students of preschool education major in three vocational colleges,and combined with the classroom observation during the teaching period,this paper sums up the existing problems in the teaching: the school does not pay enough attention to the curriculum of preschool literature,the setting of class hours is too little,the teaching guidelines are not enough,the "double teacher" teachers are not enough,and the teaching objectives are not enough The current teaching of children’s literature can not meet the requirements of talent training in vocational colleges.In order to meet the requirements of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,the teaching of children’s literature should be based on "students first,application first",break the traditional teaching mode of teachers’ teaching and cultivate students’ professional skills under the guidance of practical teaching concept.According to the characteristics of children’s literature course,this study puts forward a five section teaching mode of "reading appreciation-creation of works-Exhibition Exchange-Case Study-Performance Teaching".According to the requirements of personnel training in vocational colleges,the teaching mode of vocational skills training is proposed: optimize the teaching content,adopt modular teaching;pay attention to the cultivation of students’ ability of independent learning,adopt project-based teaching,task driven independent teaching;pay attention to practical training,adopt practical training teaching;pay attention to skill training,adopt the mode of combination of work and learning.In the way of curriculum evaluation,it is proposed to establish a diversified evaluation system.The teaching of children’s literature should combine theory with practice,knowledge with skills,and practice with practice.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the vocational skills training mode of "children’s Literature" course,we should adopt various teaching methods,multiple evaluation methods,strengthen teacher training,and cooperate with kindergarten.
