The Study Of Chinese Culture "Going Out" In The Construction Of "Belt And Road"

Since the implementation of the “Belt and Road” initiative,cultural exchanges between countries around the world have gradually deepened,providing rare historical opportunities to enhance the international influence of Chinese culture,enhance mutual knowledge and trust between China and countries along the line,and enrich the diversity of world culture.Among them,Africa,as an important node of China’s “Belt and Road” initiative to the west,occupies a very important position along the “Belt and Road”.Especially since the establishment of the China-Africa Cooperation Forum in the new century,it has brought unprecedented new opportunities to the development of China-Africa cooperation.China and Africa attach more and more importance to cultural exchanges.The entry of Chinese culture into Africa under the “Belt and Road” initiative has not only achieved tangible results and real benefits for African countries,but also demonstrated to the world a comprehensive and objective development of China,and gradually eliminated African countries’ concerns about China’s development.The thesis first expounds the relevant summary of the culture of “going global” in the “Belt and Road” construction.Detailed analysis is made from three aspects: the theory of cross-cultural communication,the theory of conflict and integration of civilizations,and the theory of cultural soft power.After theoretical analysis,on the one hand,this article analyzes the results and reasons of Chinese culture entering Africa under the background of the “Belt and Road”,on the other hand,it also analyzes the challenges and reasons facing Chinese culture entering Africa during the “Belt and Road” construction.At the same time,after these two aspects,the case of the China-Africa Cooperation Forum-Johannesburg Action Plan are used to demonstrate the achievements and specific analysis of the existing problems.Since the existing research on the humanities exchanges in the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation focuses on the results achieved,there is no comprehensive dialectical view on the issue of achievements.Therefore,this article describes the China-Africa Cooperation Forum-Johannesburg Action Plan during the implementation period in the cultural The achievements and problems in the cooperation,specifically clarify some measures that have not been implemented,in order to correctly understand the implement ability of the action plan.Based on the full analysis of the foregoing,solutions are proposed from four aspects: strengthening cultural self-confidence,constructing the right to speak internationally,enriching cultural communication forms,and training international talents.Based on the existing achievements in academia,this article specifically studies the achievements and challenges faced by Chinese culture’s entry into Africa,with a view to enriching the “going out” research perspective of Chinese culture in the construction of the“Belt and Road” initiative.At the same time,through the research of this paper,it is discussed that the dissemination of Chinese culture in the construction of the“Belt and Road” is in line with the development requirements of the countries along the “Belt and Road”,and at the same time,it has practical significance for the development of African countries,the development of the regions along the route and the development of the countries of the world,as well as shaping a positive national image and improving the national cultural soft power.
