| The number of online comments is exploding with the advancement of the“Internet +” and the information development strategy.However,companies are inefficient in using customer comments on online platforms,lacking of scientific and effective methods for deeply digging in latent variables such as audience needs and consumer preferences.It will affect enterprise products design,process specification,sales strategy formulation and other behaviors,and ultimately affect the company’s product sales and core competitiveness.In this context,the article works on the promotion of movie product sales based on online comment analysis.First,the problems of the company are described by analyzing online comment data based on the current situation of Company A,information economics,word-of-mouth marketing,text data mining and other theories.The overall plan is made considering consumer preferences and the key issues of this study.Second,identify the influencing factors of product sales.High-frequency feature keywords are extracted by techniques based on request web crawlers and factor analysis,which are factorized by factor analysis to reduce dimensionality.And then the key factors that affect movie sales are identified.Again,product sales promotion program research is conducted.In terms of market demand analysis module,cluster analysis method is used to segment the market to diversify the analysis of consumer groups and product types,distinguish and summarize the characteristics of different group types.Grouping results are analyzed for further comparison and discussion.As for market monitoring module,an evaluation index system aimed at increasing sales volume was constructed,taking into account the characteristics of movie products and the factors affecting sales volume.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weights and product evaluation,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed.Finally,the application research of company A is carried out,which shows that the method of this paper can improve the sales volume of Company A clearly. |
