Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Culture Project

Evaluation research of the project is the scientific argument for the analysis oftechniques and economy for the project before the decision making for investment.The thesis focuses on evaluation of culture center project, mainly research results areas follows.Firstly, research background and significance of construction project areanalyzed, literature review is made on evaluation of project home and abroad, andmainly research content, and the map of the paper is constructed. Evaluation ofproject is defined, evaluation procedure of it is proposed, present comprehensiveevaluation methods are analyzed, and evaluation method is confirmed based on thecharacter of of culture project. Effect on environment and energy saving situation ofthe project are analyzed according to national energy using standard and energysaving efficiency, combined with the character of the culture project, social benefitsand risks of the culture project are analyzed. According to the principle and method ofconstruction of index indicators, the evaluation index system is of culture projectconstructed, and evaluation model of culture project is proposed on single factor andcomprehensive factors, and comprehensive evaluaiton is made by using index systemand method, so as to illustrate the method, and validate the method is scientific andapplicable. Finally, thesis is summarized, and future study is proposed.
