Research On The Quality Of Spiritual And Cultural Life Of Migrant Workers

Since their emergence in the social transition period,migrant workers have made tremendous contributions to China’s economic,which has brought them the social attention.At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the transformation of the main social contradictions was put forward,which indicates that the spiritual and cultural pursuit of migrant workers is becoming increasingly severe.Improving the spiritual and cultural life quality of migrant workers is not only of great significance to the construction of a harmonious socialist society with Chinese characteristics,but is also crucial to the development and prosperity of socialist culture.However,due to various constraints,the quality of spiritual and cultural life of migrant workers is not optimistic,needing to seek improvement.Therefore,the quality of spiritual and cultural life of migrant workers is both a topic that needs attention and a realistic problem to be solved.Based on the theory of all-round development and the theory of demand hierarchy,this paper takes the peasant-workers in Anhui Province as the research object,delving into the topic of "the spiritual and cultural life quality of peasant-workers".We combine the theory with practice to summarizes the research of related topics,then determining the relevant factors that affect the spiritual and cultural life quality of migrant workers.On this basis,the structural equation model of migrant workers’ spiritual and cultural life quality is constructed,and the factor analysis and structural equation model are used to explore the quality of migrant workers’ spiritual and cultural life and its influencing factors.According to the research conclusions,targeting at the research results,and starting from the four perspectives of influencing elements,this paper raises specific suggestions of improving the quality of the migrant workers’ spiritual and cultural life:intensify thesupply of public spiritual culture,stabilized the economic conditions of migrant workers,protecting their rights practically,improving their quality and literacy and so on.
