| As a pearl in the Western dance world,Latin dance is deeply influenced by classical ballet and other traditional dance arts in the process of its own development,which has a strong demand for the stability of the dancing body.The shoulder belt is the main link used by dancers to connect the upper limbs and trunk in the process of learning sports dance technology.The stability of the shoulder strap has a direct impact on children’s Latin dancers’ grasp of the upper body shape and the balance of the center of gravity,especially in the key stage of learning duet at the age of 10-12.Since the concept of functional training was introduced into the field of sports in China,academic activities on this topic have been increasing.Through the in-depth study of the basic posture and movement mode of the human body,functional training can optimize and regulate the means of neuromuscular control to strengthen the physical quality.Looking back on the development of children’s Latin dance in China in recent years,through the efforts of experts,scholars and Latin dance teachers,great achievements have been made.However,there are still some problems in the competition,such as poor upper body shape and difficulty in grasping the stability of physical strength.In view of this situation,the author will combine the theoretical content of functional training and the project characteristics of Latin dance,select the action mode in line with children’s physical and mental development,and conduct in-depth research on the stability of the shoulder belt,so as to provide some reference value for improving the skill level of children’s Latin dancers.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey and teaching experiment.The main conclusions are as follows:1、 At present,the teaching status of Latin dance teachers on the stability of children shoulder belt mainly exists: the teaching method is single,the teacher is not concerned,the training is lack of effectiveness and equipment assistance,which leads to the lack of stability of children’s upper body posture and the lack of complete set of movements fluent and coherent.2、 The results show that the trunk strength of the experimental children can be effectively transferred to the upper limb movement through the coordination of shoulder belt,so as to maintain the quality of the movement.3、 In the comparison of the stability of the teaching materials,the experimental group has achieved better progress than the control group,which proves that the functional training is more effective.4、 The two groups of students have significant differences in the three special scoring points,such as body line,dance style and footwork skills,which proves that functional training is more helpful to improve children’s special skills.5、 The functional training method of the experimental group can improve students’ learning attitude towards shoulder belt stability training,and maintain high interest in learning. |
