| With the constant acceleration of the social development process,society and enterprises pay more and more attention to the individual personality traits.The important requirements of current enterprises are to select the employees,individuals and organization suitable for enterprises for joint development.The employees in enterprises under the integration of Chinese cultural background are deemed as the research object in order to discuss the relationship among proactive personality,voice behavior,psychological security and individual power distance of Chinese employees in state-owned enterprises,private enterprises and foreign enterprises.In the method of convenient sampling,499 effective questionnaires are collected in Harbin,Beijing,Nanjing,Hangzhou,etc.based on the localized proactive personality questionnaire,voice behavior questionnaire,psychological security questionnaire and individual power distance questionnaire.A moderated mediation model is established by discussing the relationship among four variables as per the data analysis results.The research results indicate:(1)The proactive personality,voice behavior,psychological security and individual power distance of enterprise employees are at above-average level as a whole.The proactive personality,voice behavior,psychological security and individual power distance are significantly different in some demographic variables(sex,age,enterprise property,academic degree and years of working).(2)The significant positive correlation exists among the proactive personality,psychological security and voice behavior.(3)The proactive personality plays a significant positive prediction role in both psychological security and voice behavior.The psychological security also plays a significant positive prediction role in voice behavior.(4)The psychological security plays a partial intermediary role in the voice behavior and proactive personality.(5)Employees’ individual power distance plays a negative adjustment role in the relationship between psychological security and voice behavior,and plays an intermediary role in negative adjustment of the individual power distance.The research results indicate that the proactive personality traits not only can directly promote voice behavior,but also can promote employees’ voice behavior through psychological security.Besides,the lower the employees’ individual power distance is,the stronger the intermediary role of psychological security between proactive personality and inhibitive voice behavior is.Hence,enterprises can select employees as per their own demands by paying attention to the employees’ individual traits,and develop activities in allusion to specific condition to improve the psychological security of organization to strive to create low-risk environment,establish good voice behavior atmosphere and promote the joint development between employees and organization. |
