The Research Of The Integrated Development Of Culture And Tourism In Dafan,Tongshan,Hubei Province

China’s poverty alleviation has entered a decisive period,the development of rural areas,especially poor rural areas raised widespread concern.It’s undoubtedly a good way to develop tourism economy according to local condition.However,as a new type of industry,the way to manage tourism industry is completely different form the mode to agriculture.How to carry out rural tourism?How to prolong the perfect initiative of green economy?Based on the related theories of the integration of domestic and foreign cultural brigades,this paper aims to explore a green economic path for the development of rural tourism,combined with the Chinese practice of cultural and travel integration.The author takes the development of cultural tourism in Dafan Town as the research object,and this paper is going to get the conclusion of the method to develop cultural tourism in rural areas,through in-depth field research,literature review,investigation etc.Dafan Town in Tongshan is a poverty-stricken town in Xianning,Hubei Province,which focuses on the development of agriculture,the local economy is backward.There are lots of abundant tourism resources in Dafan town,but the tourist industry is underdeveloped.The town has two national 4A level scenic spots which are Yinshui cave geological park and Fushui lake,there are Fushui flower sea,folk customs village,Guanlu tower,the world’s miraculous people valley and other tourism projects are being developed,and the Tan’s ancestral temple,Sanchao spring and other attractive tourism resources are await develop.The local cultural tourism is in a start-up stage,and the deep integration of culture and tourism is not enough.Today,the country’s vigorous development of rural tourism offers an important opportunity for the progress of cultural tourism in Dafan town.The abundant cultural tourism resources lay the important foundation of the development of cultural tourism in Dafan Town.The comprehensive search of all kinds of literature and relevant information shows that there are few researchers who study on the Dafan town.The research of Yinshui cave now is more about geological exploration,there is hardly any research is really concentrate on the tourism and culture.Combine with the accumulation of theoretical knowledge and experience learned in the Research Center of Cultural Industries,the author choose to research the development of Dafan Town in aspect of the integration of culture and tourism,hoping to offer help to Dafan Town to use abundant tourism and cultural resources to build a road of innovative development and the integration of culture and tourism.On the basis of in-depth study of the characteristics of culture and tourism resources in Dafan Town,this paper plans the Two Circles and One Line,the Yinshuidong Circle,the Fushuihe Circle,and the Hedian First-line Highway,and provided the specific integrated scheme which aims at the culture and tourism resources advantages within the circles,Build Its Own IP.This paper also makes in-depth analysis on main issues existing in the Dafan cultural tourism.On the one hand,the Dafan town has abundant cultural tourism resources,but the integration and advantage of resources has not been given full play;On the other hand,as a poor region,the degree of developing cultural tourism cognition is not high enough,infrastructures are not complete,investment is not enough,development funds are seriously short,financing channels are single,the cultural and tourism industry is lack of talents,and the relevant policies are not attractive enough.In view of the above-mentioned problems,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures,the government should integrate culture and tourism resources,make good top-level design and plans,explore connotation of cultural resources deeply,strengthen the integration of cultural tourism,play a value-added role of culture,use new media to increase the propaganda influence of cultural tourism industry,introduce preferential policies to attract external funds to participate in construction,give full play to talent-led mechanism of the Xinxiangxian,and promote the deep integrative development of culture and tourism.
