Language is a tool of communication and a carrier of culture.The construction of the “Belt and Road” has attracted the attention and participation of many countries in the world,and the Chinese language has become more widely known,learned and understood by the world.It has also become a positive image of Chinese culture,which is conducive to enhancing people-to-people exchange between China and other countries in the world,eliminate cultural misunderstandings and promote inter-civilization exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations.Based on the perspective of Language Service,this paper discusses the International Education of Chinese in Guangxi colleges and universities.On the basis of referring to the existing Research Literature,this paper discusses the relationship between Chinese International Education and language service from the nature of Chinese International Education By using the method of statistical data,this paper tries to find out the basic situation of "inviting in" and “going out” in the international education of Chinese in Guangxi,and probes into the cross-cultural adaptation,Chinese learning and employment willingness of the overseas students from ASEAN to Guangxi by means of questionnaire survey,as well as the Chinese international education major Chinese students ’ cross-cultural awareness,professional literacy and employment will and other issues;Swot analysis is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Chinese language service in Guangxi International Education.Statistics show the number,types,levels of study and distribution of cities of overseas students from China to Guangxi in recent years,which shows that the scope and influence of Chinese language International Education Service has been expanding in ASEAN countries,the number of classes at Confucius and Confucius,which Guangxi universities have built together with ASEAN countries,is also increasing,as is the number of volunteer Chinese language teachers sent by Guangxi Universities to ASEAN countries.The result of questionnaire shows that the motivation of most ASEAN students studying in Guangxi is due to their strong demand for better employment in the future and their strong ability of cross-cultural adaptation,but their depth and breadth need to be improved.Most Chinese students want to be international Chinese teachers and have a strong cross-cultural awareness.However,due to the influence of personal professional qualities,there is still a gap between the desire for employment and the employment situation.The results of SWOT analysis show that the international education of Chinese in Guangxi has its advantages in the aspects of geography,Base,policy and strategy,but it also has its disadvantages in the aspects of information popularization and personnel training There are good opportunities for deepening economic and trade cooperation and “Chinese fever”,it also faces such problems as the uneven distribution of cities where students come to Guangxi,the difficulties in Chinese learning for parts of ASEAN students.In the new times,Chinese international education in Guangxi colleges and universities should be both professional and career-oriented.Under the environment of deepening China-Asean friendly cooperation,we should actively explore the strategies of “going out” and “welcoming in” Chinese education service to keep pace with the times,scientifically carry out the training of ASEAN Chinese Teachers and ASEAN Profession Chinese talents,and bring into play the role of language education service.
