Master degree theses (2011-2015) of Chinese International Education in Guangxi University as the research object, this study used the positivism methodology, and committed to the development of Chinese International Education for data statistics and analysis since its establishment in 2009 to 2015. The development process of Chinese International Education is a dynamic process, and the paper to study it from one dimension and three aspects:"one dimension" is the dimension Year. Taking years as a clue, the study consolidated Master degree theses (2011-2015) of Chinese International Education in Guangxi University, and analyzed its development and changes in the course of time from content type of the paper, paper forms, subject tendency, correlation between the instructors’ disciplines and theses’ topics, etc. "Three aspects " refers to the teachers, the Chinese students and foreign students of Chinese International Education. By analyzing the development trend of the dissertations under the guidance of the same teacher, the study revealed Chinese International Education teachers’ professional growth process in Guangxi University. Taking into account the negative effects of Chinese level to foreign students’ papers, the Chinese students’ papers and foreign students’ papers were studied separately. The first six chapters of this study is an empirical analysis of Chinese students’dissertations; chapter VII is a special chapter on foreign students’ papers. The study is divided into nine parts:In the introduction of this study are the statements on the value and significance of the topic, the research object, research content, research methods and other issues. Moreover, the author summarized two issues——one is the professional nature and training objectives of Chinese International Education, another is the issue of study on Master degree theses of Chinese International Education.The first chapter to chapter VI, the author had carried on the data statistics to the (Chinese students’) Master degree theses (2012-2015) of Chinese International Education in Guangxi University from six aspects——content type of the paper, paper forms, subject tendency, correlation between the instructors’ disciplines and theses’topics, research methods, etc. On the basis of this, the author analyzed the development trend and causes of the Master degree theses. Finally, according to the problems of the theses, the author put forward suggestions for improvement.In the seventh chapter of this study, the author carried on the data statistics to the foreign students’papers(2011-2015) from five aspects——content type, paper forms, subject tendency, the correlation between the instructors’ disciplines and theses’topics, research methods, and on this basis, the author summarized the achievements and shortcoming of foreign students’papers.In the conclusion part of this study, the author summarized the conclusions of this paper:The Master degree theses (2011-2015) of Chinese International Education in Guangxi University in the content type, the paper form, discipline and other aspects comply with professional standards of Chinese International Education, and in a constantly evolving state, though there are few problems; Through the theses, we can also clearly see the development of Chinese International Education, teachers, Chinese Teaching Practice Base, etc. Moreover, the author systematically summarized the advantages and disadvantages of this research, and pointed out the future research direction.
