The mental health, especially the emotional health of teenagers, has an important influence on their healthy growth and social adaptation. However, adolescence is a "storm" period of individual physiological and psychological development, and also an important turning period of healthy development of individual emotions.Among all kinds of emotional problems, loneliness has attracted researchers’ attention.Loneliness will not only affect the sleep quality and other physical health aspects of adolescents, but also may improve the incidence of depression, anxiety and other psychological diseases. In the long run, loneliness is not conducive to teenagers’ positive social adaptation and good academic performance. In the past, the related research on the factors affecting the loneliness of adolescents was relatively scattered. This study comprehensively considered the comprehensive influence of different attachment(parent-child attachment, peer attachment)and psychological resilience on the loneliness of adolescents,so as to provide reference for reducing the loneliness of adolescents. This study adopts the method of questionnaire,600 questionnaires were distributed in a middle school, and 588 valid questionnaires were recovered.Parent child and peer attachment scale,Psychological Resilience Scale and loneliness scale were used. The main results are as follows:(1)The adolescent’s peer attachment score is the highest(M=3.47),followed by the motherchild attachment(M=3.33),and the father-child attachment is the lowest(M=3.13),but generally speaking, the level of attachment is in the upper middle, only there is significant gender difference in peer attachment(t=-3.48,p<0.01).Adolescents have better psychological resilience(M=3.20),the highest level of positive cognition(M=3.81)and the lowest ability of emotional control(M=2.93).There were significant differences in positive cognition(t=2.39,p<0.01),total score of psychological resilience(F=2.51,P<0.05),grade of goal focus(F=3.85,P<0.01),grade of positive cognition(F=3.33,P<0.001),grade of interpersonal assistance(F=2.55,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in loneliness among all demographic variables.(2)Mother-child attachment,father-child attachment and peer attachment were all negatively correlated with loneliness(r=-0.294,-0.286,-0.559).Psychological resilience was negatively correlated with loneliness(r=-0.239).(3)The results of mediating effect test show that psychological resilience plays a part in mediating the relationship between mother-child attachment,father-child attachment, peer attachment and loneliness.According to the results of this study,we propose that in order to reduce the loneliness of adolescents,we should attach importance to the peer relationship of boys, improve their peer attachment, and enhance their emotional health;pay attention to the emotional health of only children as well as non only children;attach importance to family education, actively play the role of mother gatekeeper, and set a good example for fathers;attach importance to the role of peers, and help teenagers form Healthy peer attachment;pay attention to the psychological resilience of different groups of adolescents;improve the psychological resilience and provide positive psychological resources for adolescents. |
