Objective: The main purpose of this study is to investigate the prevalence, clinical characteristics and related factors of non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents with depressive disorders. Methods : This study included 252 adolescent depressive patients from the outpatient and inpatient departments of three general hospitals and four psychiatric hospitals in Anhui Province.they were enrolled in the group from October 2020 to May 2021.We use a self-made depression case record table to collect the general information such as age, sex, only child, height, weight, disease history and so on,and doctors supplement clinical information such as age of first onset and course of disease. The self-injury functional assessment scale(C-FASM)and the epidemic center depression scale(CESD)were used to evaluate the non-suicidal self-injury and depressive symptoms of all subjects.Self-rating scales such as Childhood Trauma scale(CTQ),Adolescent Life events scale(ASLEC)and Internet Addiction scale(Young-IAT)were used to evaluate the past experience and lifestyle of patients.According to the situation of non-suicidal self-injury behavior, groups were divided and the related risk factors were compared and analyzed. Results:This study found that the detection rate of non-suicidal n SSI in adolescents with depressive disorder was 57.5%,and most of them were female, the male to female ratio was about 1:5.3.Common ways of NSSI include cutting wrists, arms or other parts of the body, scratching oneself so hard that the skin is bruised or bleeding, preventing wound healing, and biting oneself so that the skin is damaged. The reasons for NSSI behavior in adolescents with depressive disorders are diverse, not just for a single purpose. The most common reasons or goals for NSSI were to alleviate feelings of numbness or emptiness,to escape from unpleasant things that one didn’t want to do,to stop unpleasant feelings,to feel relaxed, etc.Female, poor relationship with family or teacher, bullying, depression and other factors are risk factors for NSSI in adolescents with depressive disorder.Gender, total depressive score, emotional abuse and history of NSSI were considered as the independent influencing factors of adolescents with depressive disorder. Conclusion:This study found that the detection rate of non-suicidal self-injury in adolescent patients with depressive disorder was 57.5%,mostly female, and the ratio of male to female was about 1.5.3.The most common way of self-injury is to cut the wrist, arm or other parts of the body, scratch yourself so hard that there are scars or bleeding on the skin, hinder wound healing, bite yourself, resulting in skin damage, and so on.There are various reasons for NSSI behavior in adolescent patients with depression, not just for a single purpose. The most common reasons or purposes are to reduce numbness or emptiness,to avoid annoying things you don’t want to do,to stop feeling unhappy,to feel relaxed, and so on.Female, poor family relationship, bullying, childhood trauma history, negative life events, depression and other factors are the risk factors of NSSI in adolescent patients with depression.Gender, family relationship, emotional abuse, physical abuse, total score of life events, total score of bullying, depression, total score of IA and total course of disease were positively correlated with NSSI,while age,age of first self-injury,age of onset of depression and frequency of eating breakfast were negatively correlated with NSSI.Among them, female, total score of depression, emotional abuse and history of self-injury were considered as independent influencing factors.
