Objective : To explore the behavioral characteristics and influencing factors of non-suicidal self injury(NSSI)in adolescents with depressive disorder. Methods : A questionnaire survey was conducted on 90 adolescents with depressive disorder accompanied by non-suicidal behaviors on the behavior style of NSSI and a semi-structured interview was conducted on the related questions of NSSI.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 90 adolescents with depressive disorder accompanied by non-suicidal behavior and 90 adolescents with pure depressive disorder in terms of personality characteristics,self-esteem level, abuse and so on.Logistic regression analysis was performed with SPSS22.0 statistical software. Results:The ratio of male to female in adolescents with depression accompanied by NSSI was about 1:5,and the prevalence reached a peak at the age of 16.The most common way of self injury was to intentionally scratch your skin with glass or knife(84.4%),the most common motivation of self injury is to relieve the acute bad emotions(83.3%).53.3% of the adolescents with depression clearly indicated that they would have NSSI when they met the same encounter next time. There were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in 7 indicators:borderline personality feature, bad life events, alexithymia, psychoticism, family function,self-esteem level and childhood trauma.Borderline personality feature, psychoticism, childhood trauma and high self-esteem level are the influencing factors of NSSI in adolescents with depression. Conclusion:There are a variety of NSSI methods for adolescents with depression and the causes are complex, their prevalence peaks at the age of 16.Borderline personality feature, psychoticism, and childhood trauma are risk factors for NSSI in adolescents with depression, and high self-esteem level is a protective factor for NSSI in adolescents with depression.
